100% Raw/Natural Materials

We begin our production process by procuring raw materials of superior quality. We make use of natural products and each of these is carefully inspected to ensure that the finest materials are used to create tiles.


Batching and Milling

The raw materials are sorted based on their characteristics and size.

They are crushed to obtain a uniform size.


Spray Drying

The process of spray drying is employed to remove excess moisture from the raw materials.



In the next stage, the tiles are formed by pressing. Various pressing techniques are used based on the nature of the raw material.



The tiles are then dried and this process can take several days. Gradual drying ensures that the tiles created are sturdy and without cracks.


Engobe Application

Engobes are semi-liquid, high-clay slurries that are coated on the tile before the process of glazing. They help in eliminating any form of reaction or defects that may result due to a direct contact between the glaze and the surface.



This process involves coating the tile with an impervious layer that enhances its texture and makes it more resistant.



Various tile printing techniques are employed that make use of high temperature and pressure. This process makes it possible to fuse the picture to the tile.



The tile is subjected to high temperature to strengthen it and achieve the desired level of porosity. This is an essential stage as it determines the stability, resistance and ease of maintenance of the tile.


Selection and Packing

Utmost care is taken to ensure that the final product meets the required specifications. Tiles that do not meet our high standards are discarded while the rest are sorted and packed.



Polishing, as its name implies, is the process of polishing the surface of the semi-finished product calcined from the kiln to make its surface have a certain gloss. The product is shaped in this process. It needs to control the cutting quantity. The cutting quantity depends on the product. Infiltrated tiles are usually about 0.6mm. The gloss of polished products is required to be above 95 degrees. Defects in production are mainly diagonal lines, bent edges, uneven gloss or no light, corner collapse and edge collapse. In addition to conventional polishing, soft polishing technology has appeared in recent years.
